One thing that has always been a popular topic is sharing sample rental agreements and other management forms. There is a lot of knowledgeable folks in the rental community, Through sharing we could develop a new "standard" agreement or paragraphs to include in our own custom agreements.

We must be cautious, however, as bad rental agreement language can cause lots of problems. In Wisconsin a defective rental agreement is enforceable by the tenant, but not by the landlord. See Baierl v. McTaggart
